That was a TOTALLY RADICAL weekend!
Thank you, everyone who was able to join us for the parties!

Friday (10/5/07) there was a group of 50-60 alumni who met up at The Montage resort, in Laguna Beach. Dave, Nissa, and Pat sponsored the evening, which was a classy way to 'break the ice' after not seeing everyone for so long. Some who showed up for this party, weren't able to join us for the main event the next day, but it was really nice to get reacquainted with everyone.

Saturday (10/6/07) we were expecting around 150 people at the most, and were pleasantly surprised that 176 showed up. Leigh Ann Pena, and her band The Gypsy Dolls, were outstanding, and kept the dance floor filled until well past midnight. The reunion committee was absolutely awesome in their preparation for the night. Everything was under control and the party went off without a hitch.

All in all, everyone seemed to be having the time of their lives. I sincerely hope that we don't have to wait another 10 years to come together like that again. I'm honestly looking forward to our 25th reunion in 2012.

Everything you wanted to know about the Reunion, but were unsure about who to ask!
Here's a run down of the Reunion Weekend

Friday night "Party before the Party!" party

• Where: The Montage in Laguna Beach
• When: 8pm until Midnight
• Who: All El Toro alumni are invited (grads from 85-87)
• Dress: Business Casual (no t-shirt or tennis shoes)

This is a great opportunity to meet with your classmates the night before at a magnificent hotel on the water. Open bar from 8-9PM.

Saturday night "Main Event" Reunion

We are still seeking more photos. We ask that you, please, dig around and see what you can find. The goal is to represent as many of us as possible. In the end, the entire slideshow will be made available on a CD, and handed out at the reunion.

Our Reunion is Planned!
Tickets are available now.

We are looking forward to a great party. We'll have a live band, in fact the lead singer is one of our own... Leigh Ann (Pena) Collins will be performing with her band "The Gypsy Dolls". The event will include a sit-down dinner, meal to be announced. We'll have a slideshow compiled of photos from year books and individual classmates. There are a lot more things planned, that will be revealed as we get closer to the event. Mark your calendar now... and we'll see you there!

Great Reunions has been selected by the Reunion Committee to assist with the planning and management of our upcoming reunion. Reunion Committee's Third Meeting.
This past weekend the committee met to discuss lots of issues, including theme, entertainment and venue. This was our third meeting, and we're still, at this point, batting around ideas.

The Plan!
We wanted to make our 20th Reunion a memorable event. This time around, we are planning for a three-day reunion.

• Friday - Evening get-together (adults only)
• Saturday - Reunion event
• Sunday - All family get-together

Venue and Date?
Great Reunions is helping us by taking the responsibility of negotiating for our venue, keeping in consideration a list of our preferred locations. Our main goal was to find a place that was unlike the Hotel Ballroom atmosphere that we had at our 10 year. Our focus has been on finding a luxurious, elegant, charming and unique place to party. The search continues, and we'll keep you all up to date, as soon as we have any new information. We are considering a few different dates, keeping flexible so that we can negotiate the best location.

Entertainment
Yes! We have information about the entertainment, but we'd rather keep you all in suspense at this point. I can tell you this, we have an awesome band and a DJ that will absolutely rock. We'll post more specific information soon.
